After several unsuccessful years of insomnia, I met with Dr. M. Jeannot. He was very honest and caring. He explained that in order to help myself, I would need to deliberately work at inner well being. I want to sleep, and so I followed his regime. Select a time to prepare for rest. I purchased fragranced soy candles, played relaxing, soft music, no lights, nor phones, no distractions. After following Dr. Jeannot's total care for me, I can say, unequivocally; I am sleeping! And it is restful. Thank you Dr. J. and staff!

The sleep test was a lot easier than expected. I was able to fall asleep very easy. The staff was great and the room was really nice. Besides having cords all over me, which is expected, I was very comfortable. Everything was well explained and they handle their clients with care. I would recommend this office and Holistic Sleep Restoration to others.

I have been a patient here for about three months, and on about 18 medications. I was referred to this office by Rockdale Hospital they done every test that they had available to give me the best care in which they have done so. Now I am down to 12 medications and more are going to decrease. My health numbers have been regulated and I sleep like a baby every night! As time goes by, I feel like myself more each day. I am so grateful for Dr. Jeannot and his team!
