Insomnia is when somoen is unable to fall asleep, or wakes up multiple times in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep, or wakes up too early in the morning involuntarily.
What can you do if you have insomnia?
If you have insomnia, don’t try to take things in your own hands. Most patients who try to take things on their own hands developped unhealthy sleep routines that are even harder to restore. If you have insomnia, don’t try to take matters in your own hands. While medications can be used as a short term relief, medications alone rarely will resolve the roots of the problem.
